Terms of Service

Welcome to AURA ("the Service"), a trading journal and performance analytics platform operated by Aura Alpha Systems ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a business registered in the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AURA website located at https://aurapro.trade, including all associated mobile applications, software, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for an account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email to the address associated with your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice within the Service at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use the Service, you must meet all of the following requirements: • You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. • Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction. • You are not a person or entity barred from using the Service under the laws of the Philippines or any other applicable jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are held by ineligible users.

3.1 Account Creation To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. • Keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any third party. • Immediately notify us at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. • Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 3.2 Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. 3.3 One Account Per User Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, receive promotional benefits more than once, or for any other purpose is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

4.1 What AURA Provides AURA is a trading journal and performance analytics platform that allows users to: • Log, track, and review trading activity across multiple financial instruments and markets. • Analyze trading performance through statistical metrics including win rate, profit and loss, drawdown, and R-multiple distribution. • Access AI-generated behavioral pattern observations based on your logged trading data. • Utilize psychological tracking tools including emotional state logging, FOMO journaling, and rule adherence checklists. • Import trade data via CSV from supported brokerages and proprietary trading firms. 4.3 Service Availability We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect the Service. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

5.1 Subscription Tiers The Service is offered under the following subscription tiers: • Voyager (Free): Access to basic trade logging and analytics with a limit of fifty (50) trades per month. • Pro Navigator: Full access to all Pro features including unlimited trades, Neural Engine analysis, emotional heatmaps, CSV imports, and advanced analytics, billed monthly. • Institutional: Custom pricing for prop firms and funds. Terms are negotiated separately under a dedicated agreement. 5.2 Billing and Payment By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate. Subscription fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. 5.3 Price Changes We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days advance notice of any price increase to existing subscribers via email. 5.4 Refund Policy Refunds for subscription fees are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to issue refunds and will evaluate each request based on the circumstances presented. 5.5 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6.1 Permitted Uses The Service is provided solely for your personal or internal business use for the purpose of logging, analyzing, and improving your own trading performance. 6.2 Prohibited Conduct You agree not to, and will not permit others to: • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or our infrastructure. • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service. • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service. • Use automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access the Service. • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or abusive.

7.1 Our Intellectual Property The Service and all content, features, and functionality thereof are owned by Aura Alpha Systems or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 7.2 License to Use the Service Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service. 7.3 Your Content and Data You retain full ownership of all trading data, journal entries, notes, and other content that you input into the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process it solely for the purposes of providing the Service to you. 7.4 Feedback If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback, we may use such Feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://aurapro.trade/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services, including but not limited to payment processors, brokerage data providers, and AI infrastructure providers. AURA's data infrastructure is built on Supabase. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be hosted and managed via Supabase's cloud infrastructure. We leverage their enterprise-grade security protocols to maintain the integrity and accessibility of your trading records. We use third-party payment processors to handle billing. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. All payment transactions are processed through our payment processor's secure infrastructure.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aura Alpha Systems and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12.1 Term These Terms remain in effect for as long as you maintain an account with or use the Service. 12.2 Termination by You You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion instructions in your account settings. 12.3 Termination by Us We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to cases where you have violated these Terms. 12.4 Effect of Termination Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately terminate. We may retain your data for a period following termination as required by applicable law.

13.1 Governing Law These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 13.2 Informal Resolution Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. 13.3 Jurisdiction If informal resolution fails, legal actions shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14.1 Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aura Alpha Systems. 14.2 Severability If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 14.3 Waiver Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. 14.4 Assignment You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 14.5 Force Majeure We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
